54 natural wooden blocks measuring 7 × 2.3 × 1.5 cm and 1 cardboard block organiser.
Setup
Use a stable, level surface within everyone’s reach. Build the tower in layers of three blocks, alternating the direction of each layer. Choose the first player by drawing lots or asking a riddle.
How to play
Take turns removing one block from the tower and placing it on top, following the same alternating arrangement. Keep building without making the tower fall. The player who topples it loses.
Optionally, eliminate that player and continue in rounds until only one player remains.
Rules
- Keep all layers straight and level.
- Use one hand and remove the first block you touch. This rule does not apply to children under 7.
- You may agree on a time limit, for example one minute to remove a block; exceeding it means elimination.
- The player who topples the tower rebuilds it.
